For damaged or customer returned items, please contact us at email@example.com. The owners will determine return or exchange eligibility within 1 week. All return/exchanges are handled on a claim by claim basis. Items already opened or by customers may not be eligible for return due to sanitation concerns. All returns must be made in original packaging. A photo of the product sent to our email within 48 hours of purchase will be required for claims to be considered.
